One IFRS 17 number travels across borders, but... the required one doesn't - Part I
Fourteen insurers across three continents and five currencies publish a CSM roll-forward complete enough to reconcile line by line. On their most recent verified period, twelve of the fourteen release between 8.5% and 12.0% of opening CSM a year — across four different coverage-unit definitions, three transition methods and every measurement model in the standard.
The risk adjustment confidence level is the one comparability figure IFRS 17.119 obliges insurers to disclose. It behaves in the opposite way, and the reason is structural rather than careless.

The release rate is tighter than the accounting allows
One dot per company, from its most recent period whose roll-forward reconciles — opening plus disclosed components equals reported closing — against the primary filing. Half-year rates are annualised. Rates rather than balances, because absolute CSM is not comparable across a sample with three basis conventions and five currencies.
